IOSA's mission is to provide San Juan County with prompt, effective, local spill response and prevention, which includes spill assessment, oil containment, exclusion & removal and oiled wildlife search & rescue

Training Schedule for Fall 2010

 

    Saturday Sept 11:  Orcas Island: West Sound/Crow Valley Creek boom deployment/containment drill

    Saturday Oct 16:   San Juan Island: Argyle Lagoon equipment drill/boom deployment

    Saturday Nov 6:    San Juan Island: HAZWOPER safety training 

    Sunday Nov 21:    San Juan Island: Oiled Bird Search & Rescue and Basic Care training
